If the plugin index-geoip is activated in plugin.includes the following 
exception is thrown:

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: 
com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.InjectableValues

All transitive dependencies should be list as libraries in plugin.xml.
