Successfully tested the patch via {{nutch invertlinks
-Ddb.ignore.external.links=true ...}}. If "ignore external" is combined with
"ignore internal" (that's true per default) the invertlinks job runs but does
not add any link to the linkdb. The updated patch shows a warning about this
possible "misconfiguration" and then stops to avoid unnecessary work.
