My substring theory was way too elaborate, LOL. I used the same exclusion
pattern as with hbase-client, so given my unfamiliarity with the project,
someone else might want to skim over that.
Needless to say that the Gora HBase version in Nutch's ivy.xml needs to be
bumped to 0.6.1-SNAPSHOT (is currently still at 0.6 in master)
PS: Tested by building a new Nutch runtime and successfully performing a crawl
