GSOC Sentence Detection and Named Entity Recognize

Hi all,
I studied about Sentence Detection and also NLP. I would like to apply
"GSOC Sentence Detection and  Named Entity Recognize" (
http://wiki.apache.org/nutch/Nutch2Roadmap). I have added my proposal to
GSOC.
