Using the selenium plugin with the selenium grid, it was observed that
sometimes timeouts occur because the port timeouts.
Error log below:
ERROR selenium.Http - Failed to get protocol output
java.lang.RuntimeException: org.openqa.selenium.WebDriverException: Unable to
bind to locking port 7054 within 45000 ms
