Yes certainly, it is set as fix for 2.4.
We are currently VOTE'ing on a release candidate for Apache Nutch 2.3.1 on the
mailing list. If you are using and able to VOTE it would be great.
Additionally, I would be +1 on this patch being merged once the above comments
have been addressed.
