Right now in trunk you get a hellish message when you initiate both webapp and
startserver commands from within the bin/nutch script.
This issue addresses the bug which essentially after a ton of debugging relates
to a failure for all Webapp files e.g. .css, .properties, .html, etc. being
included within the generated artifact.
Patch coming up ASAP.
