Hi Markus, do you see a need to set the modified time twice in
DefaultFetchSchedule and in CrawlDbReducer? Please, review the fix for
NUTCH-2164. It includes (except for a comment-line, and with exclusion of the
CrawlDbReducer) the patch proposed by [~jurian].
