I think having schedulers as plugins is an easier way to use and deploy them
and maybe you can use several at the same time. In that case those who are
enabled can contribute to decide if an URL is visited or not. They may have
behavior similar to the ScoringFilter in that sense. I don't know, maybe it's a
good idea. What do you think about it?
