The configuration folder conf/ still contains stuff obsolete after NUTCH-1480:
- properties to configure indexer plugins in nutch-default.xml
- solrindex-mapping.xml (looks like obsolete)
- (still read) elasticsearch.conf
All obsolete files and properties should be removed.
