What about opening a new issue with an appropriate description? - To avoid that
issues are taking long to get fixed. Feel free to merge this one to move
forward. Thanks!
Regarding the format: we should follow the [Apache foundation header
guideline|http://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html#headers]. Looks like we
use the correct header (always?). Of course, the word wrapping and the Java
comment syntax make a small difference. But that should be ok. In doubt, just
take the the most commonly used format in the Nutch code base to minimize the
amount of changes. Alternatively, look at other Apache Java-based projects.
