Description:
According to the [https://infra.apache.org/licensing-howto.html#binary] the
LICENSE.txt file needs to be split into two files for source resp. binary
releases. Steps:
- copy LICENSE.txt into LICENSE-binary (needs a review anyway, see NUTCH-2290)
- strip licenses of dependencies (jar files) not included in the source
release from LICENSE.txt
- adapt the build scripts for packaging license files as necessary
