The following properties in nutch-default.xml are not used in the Nutch
codebase and should be removed:
- {{fetcher.verbose}} (use log levels)
- {{link.loops.depth}} (removed by NUTCH-2201)
- {{publisher.queue.type}} (publishers are activated via plugin.includes)
