This is an umbrella issue to bundle PRs adding and completing the
[AGENTS.md|https://agents.md/] and
[SECURITY.md|https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/how-tos/report-and-fix-vulnerabilities/configure-vulnerability-reporting/adding-a-security-policy-to-your-repository]
to the root of the Nutch code base.
The ASF security team and [~potiuk] did the first step in [PR
#920](https://github.com/apache/nutch/pull/920). More iterations are required
to complete the files.
