Hande Celikkanat created NUTCH-3225:
---------------------------------------

             Summary: test-plugin fails on a fresh checkout because jacoco is
not downloaded
                 Key: NUTCH-3225
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NUTCH-3225
             Project: Nutch
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: build
    Affects Versions: 1.23
            Reporter: Hande Celikkanat

On a fresh checkout, running the tests of a single plugin fails before any test
runs:

{noformat}
ant -Dplugin=protocol-okhttp test-plugin
...
[junitlauncher] Error occurred during initialization of VM
[junitlauncher] agent library failed Agent_OnLoad: instrument
[junitlauncher] Error opening zip file or JAR manifest missing :
.../ivy/jacoco-0.8.15/lib/jacocoagent.jar
{noformat}

The plugin tests run with jacoco. \{{test-plugins}} and \{{test-core}} depend on
{\{jacoco-download}}, but \{{test-plugin}} does not, so the agent jar is
missing unless
another target downloaded it before.

Since NUTCH-3193 jacoco files are not part of the source release, so this
affects
both a git checkout and an extracted source release.

Fix: add \{{jacoco-download}} to the dependencies of \{{test-plugin}} in
build.xml.
Verified by deleting \{{ivy/jacoco-0.8.15}} and running \{{test-plugin}}, which
downloads jacoco and passes.
