Similar plugins may bundle functionality in {{lib-*}} plugins, for example, the
HTTP protocol plugins all depend on {{{}lib-http{}}}. However, the protocol
plugin integration tests are only run on changes in the protocol / indexer
plugins itself. A change in {{lib-http}} should also trigger a run of the
protocol integration test.
