The plugin protocol-http is used by default (configuration property
{{plugin.includes}}.
However, while protocol-http is basically in maintenance mode (no features have
been added since long), another plugin "plugin-okhttp" is actively maintained.
It supports HTTP/2, IP address filtering (NUTCH-2930), and many more. We should
make "protocol-okhttp" the default HTTP protocol.
