Isn't that just a local clone of a fork of
https://github.com/apache/incubator-nuttx-testing (which is currently empty
other and a README).
There is nothing to indicate this, IMO it should be a fork or a branch.
Could be anything I suppose. I created the incubator-nuttx-testing
repository a couple of days ago, but just initialized it this morning
with only a read me. I think Haitao Liu's intentions are good but it is
possible that things are little out of sync because of that. I expect a
PR on the incubator-nuttx-testing repository when he is ready.
