freeBSD is not a supported build host in GitHub CI. The only way to get
around that would be by triggering a VM build and I would not personally be
supportive of that, at least triggered by default as it will be exceedingly
slow.

I would expect macOS provides a fair bit of coverage already for BSD style
build hosts.
