Hi Alan, I like that template, let's run with it! Are you suggesting that: 1. we just use that issue template, 2. create a listing of labels, use that issue template, and have people with commit access manually add labels to each issue based on that, or 3. create a listing of labels, use that issue template, and have github actions automatically add labels to each issue based on that. *(with the caveat that some labels like PRIORITY can only be set by committers)*
