Confirmed!

Applying the patch of
https://github.com/apache/nuttx/commit/126c83a7dc42225c77734d2d55b4d14cd0385660
solved the problem for nuttx-12.6.0-RC0.

It potentially could affect other SoCs that use `nxsched_getpid`, but I
couldn't find any reported issues in #12320
