Hello! Sorry about the late response, been taking some time off of GitHub.
I'm not sure about adding RTOSs to littlefs's readme as is. It would open up a bit of a can of worms given the number of RTOS projects for various niches. The readme wasn't originally meant to be an up-to-date listing, more just references to prior art (and a link to Mbed OS because it was the original owner/funding project). Though it has grown a bit since then... The eventual plan is to create a website + wiki for littlefs, and move these related project links there.
