Hey,

I support this idea of tagging experimental and tested boards. This is
exactly what I'm looking for.
I hope this also motivates people to pick up their old boards and test them
for NuttX.

--- Some ideas ---

Do these tags also contain metadata? Such as test logs? Test method?
Because anything can be considered a test, like "oh it turned on. Test
completed".
Perhaps if you click the tag, it shows you some plain text of a testing
certificate, log or message.
This is a "nice to have" feature, but not required.

Tested and any tags can also become out-dated after every NuttX release. So
it probably must contain a version number or atleast a date.
[Tested 12.3] or [Tested] and if you hover over it with your mouse "Last
updated: V12.3, {date}".

These features could improve confidence of the tags.
If these get outdated or loosely used, people will ignore them. As
documentation is not always up to date. Rendering this entire effort
useless.

Thank you, this is really appreciated.

Kevin
