It is a good starting point, although it seems like you used too much AI to
create it.
As a side note I suggest all candidates avoid using AI to write their
proposal.

Normally proposals that seem more like a structured brief than a human
thinking plan are suspicious.

I suggest you to read previous year GSoC proposals discussion (not all are
available), like Saurav Pal about NAND/mnemofs:

This guy also wrote really good blog post during his GSoC development, that
helps others to understand the technical decisions he took:

Please take some time reading it to write more natural proposals.
