Hi Kerogit,

I would be glad to help you shepherd this series into Apache NuttX via
GitHub PRs.

I have fetched your avrdx_ws2812_upstream branch from git.kerogit.eu and
reviewed the commit history. Breaking it into the 4 logical steps you
outlined makes complete sense and will make reviews smooth for maintainers.

We can start with Step 1 (the 13.0 -> 13.1 build fixes, USART cleanups, and
regression notes). Whenever you are ready, please share the PR description
and notes for Step 1, and I will create the PR branch, verify nxstyle
checks, ensure your author/DCO attribution is preserved.

Best regards,
Swatantra Yadav
