Just a heads up that I'm voting on the following issue, hoping that it makes it into Axis2 1.3, for use in Ode: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-3090.
Its asking for the ability to disable the SOAP 1.2 and REST bindings that are automatically generated and put into the auto generated WSDLs when Ode deploys into Axis2. I'm having trouble with a few tools being able to process the WSDL that is generated by Axis2 for Ode processes. You could argue that the tools should be able to handle the WSDLs better, but it'd be nice to have control over the bindings, for various reasons. There may be another way to control this that I'm not aware of, if so let me know. Cheers, Rich
