ODE expects both a deployment descriptor and a bpel:include tag for BPEL 2.0
processes. This leads to redundant information. It should be smart enough to
accept a descriptor-less deployment in this case, using only the BPEL and WSDL
file and sensible defaults for everything in case no deployment descriptor can
be found.
