BPEL exceptions are logged at ERROR level instead of INFO

A selectionFailure is thrown but is cached right away. The tomcat console still
shows this as a Runtime Error, which appears as if the process stopped running
or if the server faced an error that requires the user intervention , which is
not the case.
If this has to be logged , it should be logged as INFO, and in all cases there
is no need to show it in the tomcat console .
