I added InvokeExternalParallel test for testing concurrent invocations.
I found that removing flushbeforequeries=false JPA option from
dao-jpa/src/main/java/org/apache/ode/dao/jpa/BPELDAOConnectionFactoryImpl.java
makes this test pass. It also passes on hibernate DAO without any patches.
