Unit tests are working.
Todo items:
. know why the wsa action is required and get ride of it. See
org.apache.axis2.client.Options#setAction, l97
. refactor ODEAxisDispatcher to avoid calling twice the findOperation
method. Actually we need the dispatcher before the security phase to resolve
the service, and after the security phase to resolve the operation.
