The test-purpose directories conf.hib-derby, conf.jpa-derby and conf.template
are under the source directory, and so are are package in the ODE war.
I guess they should be under the test/resources directories, and moved by the
Buildfile if necessary. see task prepare_webapp in the Rakefile [1]
In addition the axis2.xml files contain in these directories are useless.
