Well, if you are willing to spend some time on it, we can work together on
trunk and implement above issues without the last in IMAManager class + add
some test cases for it. Then we will think about adding it to 1.X. I think the
best way will be to leave OutstandingRequestManager as is for old execution
states and add "if not null else" clauses to existing code.
But currently I'm doing some other stuff and I can dig deeper into this after
finish. However it's on my watchlist.
