Initial contribution.
To Install in ServiceMix 4.1, use the following command on the console:
osgi:install -s
mvn:org.apache.ode/ode-jbi-karaf-commands/1.3.4-SNAPSHOT/jar/bundle
This requires the bundle from ODE-705 be installed
