Patch for the 1.x branch to move to Saxon 9.1.0.8. I only had to change the
version in the Rakefile - tests are passing for me.
The saxon artifacts needed were not available in a repo I could find. They've
now been added to the servicemix m2 repo so I'm picking them up from there.
