Yes, they should.
There is also
scheduler-simple/src/main/java/org/apache/ode/scheduler/simple/JdbcDelegate.java
class, which is plain jdbc implmenetation for scheduler.
This is very bad idea to have such thing. It should be moved into JPA DAO as
well.
