How do I teach gem the site, i.e. whats the command? I can't see it in
the User's Guide, and something along the lines of
gem fetch buildr 1.4.0 --source

only tells me that there's a repository there. can I get it via gem?
(Yes, I could just ignore the gems and go ahead with downloading the
distro, but that's stoopid and will bite back some other time.)
