The patch is generated against revision 957131
I have included all the functionalities required for bpel extensions in to
BpelRuntimeContextImpl.
But in the experimental branch (2.0), BpelRuntimeContextImpl class was
re-factored in to BpelRuntimeContextImpl and RuntimeInstanceImpl. Do I need to
do the same in the current trunk as well?
