Instead of moving the examples to a separate jar (which may be a good idea at a
later time), I moved them to src/test for now. One reason is that the only test
for jacob was the cell test which depended on the cell example anyway. I guess
it would be a smart thing to add more jacob tests while I climb the learning
curve.
The patch
(https://github.com/hzbarcea/ode/commit/288afd052ae010717f5127bf4da16bbbcd3f20b9)
could be pulled from my ode branch on github.
