Added a system property "openjpa.connection.isolation.skip" to skip the setting
of isolation level in OpenJpa.
Users encountering issues with postgreSQL discussed in the forum posting
provided above need to set the system property as shown below,
-Dopenjpa.connection.isolation.skip=
