Sebb reopened ODE-1046:

The sigs and hashes for 1.3.5 still link to www.a.o; this needs to be changed
to archive.a.o as the links are now broken.
Also ideally the sigs and hashes should use https.
A minor issue: the column heading "Signatures" is inaccurate; md5 and sha1 are
hashes.
