With the 4.0 Servicemix moved to an OSGi kernel which was later spun off
and moved to Felix from where it became the independent TLP Apache
Karaf. Servicemix uses Karaf as it's kernel. Support for JBI was dropped
because of JBI's failure to get enough traction.
