UI Refactoring progress

I just attached a patch to the "sandbox" Jira issue 
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-633) for people to try out. The 
patch is for experimental and demonstration purposes only - it is NOT intended 
to be included in the project.

I'm going to take a break from this for a couple of days (my brain hurts) and 
then I'll come back to it.

In the meantime, be sure to try out the patch and offer comments on the CSS/HTML 
coding best practices message I sent out earlier. When I return, I'll put 
together the revised coding guidelines and I'll start setting up Jira issues to 
get the ball rolling.
