Ordering a pile of stuff, and picking USAir shipping for $5.40 added 0.00 for
shipping on the review page.
(Ok... I can't be sure I didn't trigger a free shipping promotion, but am
having this same error on my production site which doesn' t have a free
shipping promotion!)
