Set default warehouse for a User In the warehouse tab in Asset Maint component

Asset Maint component --> Warehouse tab.
By default a list of warehouse is presented in the main page of Warehouse tab
in Asset Maint component.
We should provide a Like next to warehouse list "Set to Default". If user
selects a warehouse as default warehouse then save it in a Cookie for that
user.
Once a default wareHouse is selected a link to change wareHouse "Select
different Warehouse" should be shown on top right of the page body. This link
will show list of wareHouses.
When a user navigates to the Warehouse tab in AssetMaint, check if user has a
default wareHouse. If yes, Open it for user.
