This one I think is right, but have less confidence in. There's quite a bit of
cleanup needed in the content and ecommerce forums stuff. I'm pretty sure this
addresses the ones that read the variable formDefFile there are other places
that I left unchanged that don't appear to ever read the variable even though
it is set.
