it is not possible to get WSDL document for findParty service

The server return an error while requesting
http://127.0.0.1:8080/webtools/control/SOAPService/findParty?WSDL for the WSDL
document of findParty service.
By looking at the log file, I can get this error message.

org.ofbiz.webapp.event.EventHandlerException: Unable to obtain WSDL
