Thanks David for posting the update. It's good to see the diverse
objectives being talked about in depth. Good groundwork for what looks
to be a really productive week.

There were a few topics that caught my fancy in particular. I'll add
my two cents in the order that appeared to have a little
momentum/interest behind it.

15. Use of AJAX
Because of the way the layoutSettings.stylesheets[] has been set up, I
think this opens up an approach of best toolkit for the task rather
than the best toolkit for the project as a whole. I started playing
with openrico's Live Grid over the weekend and it makes me kind of
giddy with what a great fit it is for the performFindList service. I'm
almost done with a multi-field, update result set with every keystroke
solution that I think someone with slightly better javascript skills
than myself (which isn't saying much) can 'generify' it for simple
widespread use.

6.Applications Style Cleanup
Adrian, if you can point out specific patterns that you'd like see
changed (I can think of a few regarding splitting ftl files). This
seems like an area those of us who need to scratch that OCD itch can
tackle.

10. Order Manager: Refactor Checkout Process
Anil, I think this comes to the same question that JIRA has seen
regarding this. Are we talking about the UI, the business logic or
both? From the a,b,c,d of this topic I suspect it's both. As far as the
business logic, if you could review
http://ofbiz-sandbox.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/ofbiz-sandbox/ofbiz-sandbox/trunk/hot-deploy/shoppingcart/script/org/ofbiz/shoppingcart/
I may be able to find some time during the week to square that off.

18. Setup Wizard
The +1s didn't show any interest for this during the conference. Might
it be easier to allow for a single external file to hold overrides for
some of these config properties using a specific naming pattern. I
think this will save time in advancing the effort as people can
contribute to the areas where they have knowledge. It will also allow
for cleaner SVN checkouts and help keep people closer to svn HEAD. I
know I spend quite a bit of time verifying that the config files I've
changed in the framework have updated properly.

Thanks everyone! Look forward to a busy week!
