We have a FixedAssetMaintOrder table that will let us relate a FixedAssetMaint
with multiple PO. We'll need this in case if we had Maintenance that will
result in PO's send out to vender's.
To add PO to FixedAssetMaint, I'll goto
Accounting-->FixedAsset-->FixedAssetMaint-->Here we have a Orders tab. Very
soon I'll submit patch for adding link to this screen from
AssetMaint-->FixedAssetMaint screen (Its just sitting in my workspace).
