Thanks Nicolas,
I slightly refactored your code and added UMI to act as USA (I hope it was to
be done, not sure only an intution). BTW this is strange because we have this
option UMI ("United States minor outlying islands") but if we choose it we
still have outlying islands as choices in the list (I suppose Hawaii is one of
them). So I have perhaps misunderstood the meaning of UMI. Please correct if
I'm wrong here, because this is a bit out of my (french) scope.
OK finally figured it out
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Minor_Outlying_Islands. Still don't
know what to do with them (an a little bored ;o). A very *minor* point anyway
:D (very few population, and not sure for Internet, surely heaven places
though, at least for someone like me... Mmm on the other hand no Internet, ok
