Adrian Crum updated OFBIZ-2:
----------------------------

    Attachment: utildatetime.patch

Improved UtilDateTime.java patch. I moved a subset of Vinay's changes to the
end of the file to make it easier for others to review. Plus I added a few
methods that I found useful in my calendar efforts.

This is more of an incremental change than the one Vinay provided.

The new methods in this patch have been tested.

I will be on vacation this week, so I won't be available to answer comments
until May 13.

> I am starting to work with timezones. The first thing I came across is
> UtilDateTime's functions completely ignore timezones. I plan to create
> timezone versions of functions like getDayStart that will take a timezone id
> string or a TimeZone. I would not use any deprecated functions but do not
> plan to change their use in existing functions. I would appreciate
> suggestions.
